Book Review: Mr. Penumbra's 24 Hour Bookstore

Amazing book. If you like Harry Potter or Lord of the Rings ,you will like this story. A laid off graphic designer turned bookstore clerk who tries to decode an ancient book. The story is heavily embossed on friendship,trust and the ability to take risks no matter the outcome. I love the character building,the flow of the story(how Sloan broke down the chapters) and the plot of course was great. I would recommend this book to those who love fantasy mix with a bit old world charm. 

IT'S BEEN LIKE FOREVER......

Hello there! I know it is been a while!! I just have been evaluating some situations in my personal life and need some time. WELLLLL!!! I have decided to change up a few things! I want my blog to reflect not only beauty and fashion but other things. Things that inspires and changes the way we see things or people. Saying that, I will begin posting again!! YAYYYY(about time right)! We are all human and sometimes, things in your life change and you must adjust to them. I am one of those people who love change BUT I am sometimes slow to adjust(depending on what it is).
For those you are just reading this and don't know my reasoning for leaving...here it is! For the SHORT and SWEET version, I moved to another state; which it the country side of town and let's just say things are quite different. Okay, I must go now. I will try to post at least(AT LEAST) twice a week. A lot of it might be pics or words or both.

 Hey FASHIONITES! I know this post maybe a little late but I want you to be onto the next season trends. Summer has not ended yet.....and shopping is never ending right? Well, here are some of the designers I have been eyeing for next season's IT trends. These designers are very expensive I know but you do not have to spend a lot to look FABULOUS!!! You can take different ideas from it and incorporate them in your style. Personally, I buy high and low end fashion and mix the two. Some days it can be all low end and vice versa. Remember: It is not what you wear, It is how you rock it. Fashion should be stylish and fun!!
